ORDER TRACKING
Once shipment is processed you will receive an automated email via PAYPAL that your order shipping label has been created. You can also log into your paypal account and check the purchase for the tracking number. We do not send tracking number from our email or from our online store. All orders are shipped FOB Origin, we DO NOT accept responsibility or liability for any stolen package. USPS and UPS DO NOT insure against package theft. If you ware concerned about the security of your shipment you may contact USPS/UPS with your tracking number and ask to "hold at USPS/UPS facility" for pick up. Packages are insured against loss or damage during shipping ONLY, if you received a damaged part or it was lost in the mail please email us. We will assist you in filing a claim with USPS or UPS for resolution.

All items due to damage in shipment must be photographed and sent to us within 48 hours upon receiving. Maximum return period for items not damaged in shipment is two weeks. Please email [email protected] prior to returning any order. Once shipped, tracking information must be provided. JD Customs reserves the right to not accept a return. All returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee. 

CANCELLATIONS
Cancellations on painted items will be refunded minus a 20% restocking fee. Cancellations on special orders such as shields will be refunded minus a 20% restocking fee.

WARRANTY
All warranties are up to the discretion of JD Customs and Fabrications. We only will consider parts to warranty if they are installed as they are intended. If you have any questions, please contact us BEFORE you purchase.

PRIVACY POLICY
We have committed ourselves to protecting your privacy. We use the information gathered for payment and shipping. We do not store your information. JD Customs and Fabrication will not sell its database of customer details or details about customers to a third party.
Any and all the information collected on this website will be kept strictly confidential and will not be sold or disclosed.

Any photographs submitted to JD Customs and Fabrication for purpose of showcasing the product is the property of JD Customs and Fabrications and the owner of the motorcycle. The photos may not be copied, used, linked, or reproduced in any format without the written authorization of the owner.
